This presentation was developed for the Interfraternal Case Competition at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, organized by the Center for Social Value Creation (CSVC) and competed in by the four professional business fraternities. I participated as a member of Delta Sigma Pi, working with my team to address the challenge of selecting a publicly listed automaker for a 3–5 year investment based on financial and sustainability performance. We chose Tesla and created a recommendation supported by research into its growth, finances, and sustainability efforts. We delivered our findings to an audience of more than 200 students, fraternity members, and business professionals, earning second place overall.
This project highlights my leadership, research, and communication skills. As team lead, I organized meetings, set deadlines, and ensured our slides were clear and professional. I also contributed to the research and design, helping ensure a presentation that was both persuasive and engaging. This competition allowed me to demonstrate my ability to manage projects, collect information, and communicate effectively to a professional audience.
